Exxon Mobil Corp. (US.XON), | Exxon Mobil Corp. (US.XON), Shell Plc and Cnooc Ltd. (US.CEO) signed a non-binding agreement with the Guangdong government on a facility that would capture as much as 10 million tons of carbon dioxide a year, the companies said in press releases.
